Motorvate Kids operates with a private pay model, which means we bill you directly, not your insurance company. This allows us to offer affordable rates and flexible treatment options. We accept credit cards including HSA and FSA payments.
Some private insurance plans offer the option to self-submit your claim for reimbursement (check with your insurance provider). We provide super bills upon request.
